I had had bad carpet cleaning experiences in past. I had Dennis Handt and Joe C (my current tech)with your company. A product or cleaning technique is only as good as the person doing the job. These two men are excellent representatives for your company- professional, polite, thorough.

Owen, our service tech was very informative, not pushy, and respectful. He and his assistant worked extremely hard all morning and through lunch. He did a great job to make me aware of any spot that they just could not get out so I would fully understand the situation, and still offered to treat it again if I was unhappy. I have my carpets cleaned every year due to 3 kids, a dog and two cats...this is the first time I've used ZeroRez, the longest any crew stayed (didn't feel like they were rushing to get in and out), and the first time someone hasn't come in and made me feel like my house is dirty while they try to up-sell services (deodorizers, etc). Owen went above and beyond, even moving some items out to my deck (upon my approval) to dry so that they would not sit on my hardwood floors. He was respectful with a ton of attention to getting the best results. It's the best my carpet and furniture have ever looked after a cleaning, definitely will be using ZeroRez again!
