You are really able to get carpets clean!

I took one point off because the one thing that turned me off was the when the person who came to clean my carpet tried to push cleaning other rooms or carpets. If I had wanted other rooms cleaned I would have indicated that when I made my initial appt. It made me somewhat uncomfortable.

Carpets cleaned - I used my new vacuum cleaner on them last night, and the indicator light showing that I was picking up dirt never came on! Loved the resulting odor, as orange is one of my favorites. Jose was very helpful, with lots of tips for us as well as a wonderful attitude. Thanks for a great job!

The technician was on-time, courteous, helpful, educational and a hard worker. The scent of the cleaner was pleasant and the carpet looked fantastic when he was done.

I liked the product and the carpets were cleaned but one guy seemed a bit lazy and after he thought he was done I pointed out a few spots he missed and he did not move a couple small lightweight pieces of furniture I had told him to clean under. He then cleaned there and I was happy with it. I shouldn't have to stand and make sure they clean where I asked them to. I do still have two spots I feel he could have removed if he was a little more thorough.
