the two gtechnicians were very professional and personable - Deron and Dennis They did a thorough job. Not only did they arrive on time but they called and asked to come 30 minutes early

Carpets had no residue after and all stains removed. We were not expecting miracle but it was great. The tech was OUTSTANDING. very polite and professional. My wife daid he was informative but not pushy. We plan on doing basement in spring and hope we get same tech.

High quality cleaning with personable associates. Nathan & his partner did a great job. I have two dogs and was unable to put them in the back yard due to weather. It was nice they were accepted in the house while cleaning. Thanks again. Steve Last name removed

I like the fact that you are not cleaning with harsh chemicals. Your technicians were prompt and courteous and were able to clean my carpets quickly and with great results.

Patrick D was such a nice, friendly individual who answered all my carpet questions very well. I really appreciated the great service, the fact that my carpets DO look cleaner, the price, and the customer service. He was able to come earlier, and that was great. You have a nice and smooth operation!

I love how from the beginning Zerorez has had amazing customer service. You called me back in a timely fashion and when it came to the day you called to give us the option of an earlier time because there was a technician in the area. Amazing! What I love about your product is that there is no chemical smell and my floors look amazing! Thank you so much and we will be calling again.
