The Zerorez office staff was very helpful and friendly in scheduling and then re-scheduling (twice)our appointment days in consideration of the sub-zero weather we have been having this winter. On our actual service day the technician was super efficient, courteous and punctual. Most of all we are pleased with the results, the carpets look like new.
I am so grateful to have a residue free option for cleaning my carpets. I have tried other services and have usually felt a sticky residue after the cleaning. What a nice change.
It's easy to make an appointment and I really appreciate that the technician calls when they are 20 min out. Every time I have ever used Zerorez, the technician seems genuinely concerned about providing the best service they can and really getting the carpet clean. The product does not have an ordor, pet friendly, the carpet looks terrific. Mr.Ramirez is an awesome employee,knows his product and is very efficient. I cannot say enough about how great Mr. Ramirez and Zerorez is.
