He did a wonderful job on a 15 year old carpet. It looks almost new. Great person, great personality and I have told several friends about zerorez and they have taken advantage of the man who cleaned my carpet and zerorez.

We were very satisfied with the results of our cleaning, it removed the dog oils that had stained our carpet. Our house finally smells fresh. Wade, our technician, was excellent in explaining the products and upgrades and never once pressured us into doing anything. He was excellent and I would request him to clean our house again!
I like the idea that no soap was used. Also, that the dirty water was removed and not polluting our lakes. Also, the service person, Jose, had a lot of integrity and was a very good representative of your company.
