Very satisfied. Service rep called ahead of time and service was on time. Carpet looks new again.

Rick did a very nice job. However, I forgot to ask him to go over the carpet to extract as much water as possible so the carpet was still damp 24 hours later, resulting in us having to kennel our dogs an extra night. That's my only complaint. Carpet looks great. Don't ask your techs to try to sell more things than the customer wants--ie protectant, bottled carpet cleaner, etc. Send that info in your confirming e mail so customer has a chance to investigate to determine if they want it rather than having to make a split decision which they may later regret.

Product smells good so far carpet looks great. Time will tell if any spots start to raise from carpet. All spots came up. Service person Adam very easy to work with, on time and answered all my questions. Did a good job.

Arrived on time. Prices were reasonable. Technician was knowledgeable professional and took time to answer our questions and thoroughly explain the process. Cleaning left no odor no chemical smell and carpets looked clean and refreshed afterward.

Timely response and arrival. Carpet cleaned well and dried very quickly. Our carpet was very dirty in some rooms and while not all the stains came out they are significantly less noticible.
