Carpet cleaning was above my expectations. We were debating whether to replace our carpet but decided to try cleaning it first. Glad we did. The carpet looks great. Now we can save our money for another day.

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician (Jason) that cleaned our carpet did a great job. He was very conscience about putting booties on in our house, keeping the cold air out with a door cover he brought and was very thorough. Jason got our downstairs/upstairs steps and family room carpets looking like new. He explained exactly what he was doing and was very professional.

It was a very through job. I have had cleaning services in the past that make one swipe, and they are done. He went over each area a few times before moving on - it was deep cleaning. We had changed furniture and he was able to remove the old dirt paths and raise the carpet where it has been permanently pressed down by old furniture. My carpet is 22 years old, and it looks like new again. Great job!

tech was great, on time very freindly and did a great job. 2 of the 3 rooms look good and once the family dried back I really fell this room should be looked at again and done over and I will be caling the office on this concern.

The guys who clean the carpets are wonderful! You can't beat the cost. My carpets look perfect. I don't have to wait forever to get the carpets cleaned.
