There was a big mix up with our appointment. Notes that had been discussed on the phone about having a stone section of flooring assessed for cleaning were never put into the system so they were not on the order sheet. Nor was a tech who was more experienced doing such assessments sent to my home, which I was told would happen. Brian was great with the situation (though I think he felt like a deer in headlights!) and kindly handled the problem, explored options, and came up with a satisfactory solution keeping my happiness and contentment at the forefront the entire time. Excellent customer service on the back end, if not so stellar on the front.

I had a super experience Monday with Nathan and Chet! Both of these men were very thorough; walking around to precheck the area before they started. Nathan, for sure is a super salesperson, because I was going to keep the cost down and not purchase any extras, then I bought the Maxim carpet protection! I will for sure to ask for Nathan and Chet (who I kept calling Chad) to come back next year!

I like that your cleaning services are available 7 days a week. I love the thought of no soaps in my carpet and my carpet stays cleaner with Zerorez. I have a light color carpet and in past years I would get strange stains or dark marks in my carpet but now that never happens. The is always nice and respectful of your home!!
Chris did a great job cleaning the carpets on our main level. he got spots out that I didn't think would ever come clean. He answered all my questions and worked very efficiently!

we have used you before and have been please. if we have problems you address them. this time im not so sure my steps look any cleaner. i understand this is a high traffic area but they just dont look any better, it almost looks as if the dirt was dragged to the edges. not 100% satisfied:(
