My carpets look wonderful! I did like that they set the expectation that some spots would not come out, giving us the option to do more if needed. 90% of the problem areas were taken care of with the first cleaning! The few that didn't, I was given the option to do the extra treatments but there wasn't the high pressure sale! Thank you! I have already told 3 friends about Zerorez!!

People that train and learn the Zerorez way from him are set up to succeed. From cleaning the carpets, to wiping up the entryway, Robert sets a superb example. It was a pleasure to have him and his helper in my home.

Doesn't leave the carpet real wet, drys quickly. Cleans very well. The man that did it was very nice and went over it again if I wanted him to. Was very happy with the results.

The technicians prior to cleaning give a complete detail of what is best for the carpet and they quote a price for the service.

I had two techs here(one in training) They both were very polite, provided me with much knowledge and worked tirelessly to make my carpet perfect.
