Being a first time user of Zerorez, I was pleasantly surprised with the service person's eagerness to please. He explained everything - and the charges, prior to beginning the cleaning. He willingly moved the few pieces of furniture I had not been able to move. Protection was placed around my woodwork and covering used on my exposed wood floors. I am pleased with the results and it remains to be seen, if the soapless method is an advantage over cleaners containing detergent. At this point, I will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends. I like the product I bought stuff last April from you guys and we used it last month. I blood on couch and my father in law cut his foot and bleed all over our living room floor. They said our place was a lot smaller then what was figured and the estimate was originally more so they didnt charge us more then they should.
