The person that came was professional and efficient. He did an excellent job - better than any one you've sent in the past. The carpet dried very quickly even though it was humid. (The time before it took DAYS.) He was unable to get the big wine stain out of our carpet but I can tell you he worked very hard at it and it is significantly lighter than it was. We knew there was no garauntee. Also, he took great care in the way he brought the equipment through our home, covering our wood flooring and using plastic gaurds to protect the wood railings along the way.

It took 3 visits.... 2 were from Dennis....He wanted to make sure that I was satisfied..I did not have to contact them, He contacted me more than once or twice. He did what he needed to do until I was happy with the results. I have 2 small dogs and wanted the smell in my carpet gone. He actually got down and smelled the carpet to see exactly where the smell was coming from. He was such a nice guy and the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING.
