Technicians are curtious and thoughtful in doing their work. They respect both your home and your opinion. The products do a thorough job of cleaning in combination with the >97% water extraction, the carpeting feels fresh and new, not crusty. The spot treatment powder works wonderful in between the times we have your technicians come out to do a cleaning. I have and will continue to recommend Zerorez to anyone who I happen to discuss carpet cleaning with. Also, please know that repeat customers return because of the great products and services. So, rather than sending out these surveys, I would suggest you review your customer list and only send surveys to those who are first-time customers. This will be the last time I reply to a survey but it won't be the last time I utilize Zerorez.

The 2 men who came were very informative. Gave me time to make decisions about the stain guard. I would have liked the person i talked when setting up the appointment to have at least talked about it and given me an estimate as he did with everything else.

Daylon Hopkins and his co-worker were super professional, respectful and friendly. And my carpet looks AND FEELS noticeably cleaner. Last time I had it cleaned by another company, it did not feel clean - it felt coated with something. Now it's great!
