Extremely accommodating customer services from scheduling to the technicians actual service. They helped with the heaviest furniture removal and were happy to do it!

Economically sound no crunchy carpet or strong smell left behind. Just a clean smell look and feel. The service I received was outstanding. Vey professional polite courteous and were very informative on what specific needs for my carpets. Did force me into anything I didn't need. Very very pleased overall. I would recommend ZEROREZ to all my friends and family. I have found my forever carpet cleaning company.

Your service technician was extremely courteous and kind. I had an area rug picked up for cleaning, and I haven't seen the results, yet, but I'd recommend your business based on your customer service, alone!

Scheduling personnel were very easy to work with...I had to reschedule twice. Calls came when they said they would, and the young man was very friendly and informative. I wish I had know about the different levels of cleaning. We ended up upgrading so it was $30.00 more than we were anticipating.

Two technicians showed up, Tyler and Rob. Tyler is more experienced, and took time to mentor Rob. If Rob listens and learns he will be amazing, because Tyler is an astounding individual! From the minute he got there he was courteous and professional, but he was much, much more. Completely dedicated to doing an amazing job, he literally examined every yard of carpet (over 100 pet stains!) to make sure he treated them all correctly. He was also friendly and personable, and truly dedicated to doing everything he could to make the carpets look great. I knew going in that I was going to pay a lot more than the ad pricing, but it was well worth it. I asked for his card so that I can recommend zerorez and, specifically, Tyler to my friends.
