We had a different carpet cleaning company attempt to clean the carpets on Thursday. They turned the house into a swamp. We called them on Saturday to explain and were told they realized their carpet cleaner was broken! So on Monday morning we called Zerorez for help. They were at our house within 4 hours! The technician was great. After he cleaned the carpets he waited out in his van for a while and let a fan dry the main traffic areas. We will never have another company besides Zerorez into our home. My technician this time was Les Coyour. He was the BEST Zerorez tech I have met and had in my home. Very detailed to attention of protecting my hardwood floors, wall corners, stairwell railings, tarping the outside door due to weather/climate being cold. I have never had a Zerorez tech do this before! He was very friendly and was not trying to "up sell" me for more services or products. He respected that I am mindful in caring for my home and offered suggestions and tips -- when I asked for them. In addition to having my carpeting cleaned I also had 3 area rugs taken this same day for cleaning by Zerorez. This is the first time I am trying your service for area rug cleaning -- outside of my home. Hoping all goes well with them too!
