Professional team and service men!

The service and cleaning were outstanding. We had an unusual situation. We were having hardwood floors redone and also needed our area rugs cleaned. So Zerorez picked up the area rugs to clean and they were scheduled to have them returned a week after the hardwood was refinished, but I found out that the area rugs could not be put down on the hardwood for 30 days. I called Zerorez to see if they would keep them until the hardwood was ready and they were happy to do that. Then we had our carpets cleaned, and the area rugs were just recently returned. The cleaning was great and the personnel cleaning and returning were so helpful. They even replaced the table was the area rug was done. I really appreciated the service and quality of work!

we loved working with derek at zerorez - he explained what he was going to do before he did it and was very personable. we also loved the results of both the carpet and the tile cleaning... if anyone has dirty grout in between their tiles, call zerorez now!

No soap in carpet and knowledge of guys who cleaned my carpet. I did have the protection sprayed on after and then after they left I noticed the carpet in the master bedroom and a spot or two in the hallways were buckled up. I was sick to see that but by the next morning it had gone down - and was I ever relieved cuz I sure didn't want to have my carpet stretched and that has never happened before. 2 yrs. ago when u cleaned my carpet I did recommend Zero-Rez to two of the neighbors and they both used your company. So any ideas of what might have caused the carpet to do that other than being too wet???
