The products really worked! My carpet had stains that I couldn't get out. The Zerorez boys did a fabulous job and my carpet looks like brand new.

Technician's do a good job explaining everything and discussing treatment options for stains. I do need Martin in Accounting to call me back Phone number removed to discuss my bill. Ryan was great and we handled everything over the phone (we own several rental properties and we always use you.) Ryan quoted me $15 for two small hallways (total $30), but my bill reflected the original quote price. I left a message for Martin per your customer service rep and have not heard back yet.
Your service guy with Casey on his shirt was very professional and informative. He really cared about his work, our thoughts, and it showed. We have nice clean carpets, and nothing scratched or ruined in the process. Your service even got out a two year old stain that I had tired over to remove. I also like the nice clean orange smell. Not musty left overs like other carpet cleaners.
