The service was great. Adam Newton is very courteous, knowledgeable, and a good sales person. Adam informed me that because of the age of the carpet it would be clean but will still have a darker color in the traffic area's. I wish I could have taken a picture of him smelling my carpet to pinpoint the pet stain area before cleaning and after, that's a worker who goes the extra mile for his job. I would definitely have Adam and Zerorez back again for my next service.

Your techs are great. My carpet looks very nice. Your reservation agents not so great! They want to sell...they are not so versed in your pricing, or at listening. They are programmed to sell. There is much more to customer service than that.

There is very little residue in the carpet and so it does not get dirty as quickly again. The service person was courteous and thorough. Our carpets were dry again with in 12 to 15 hours so we could put the furniture back in place.

Thomas was the service rep that cleaned my carpets. He was wonderful. He did a great job and was such a pleasant person. He explained everything that he was going to do before he started so I knew exactly what to expect. I have to say that I thought Thomas was one of the nicest people I have had come into my home to do work.

I have had my carpet almost 30 years and I thought it looked good before it was cleaned, but after it was cleaned it look amazing! Maybe it will last another 30 years :-)

My rental property has newer carpet (installed 2 yrs. ago) and my last tenant had 2 dogs that clearly were not as house trained as they believed. As a result the urine smell was horrible.
