Zerorez service was requested by our tenant. We did not know much about Zerorez then.
Zerorez account manager was very professional, visited the site, and observed the location, made notes, took measurements, for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. He understood our situation very well and set up the appointments appropriately, some expedited which did suite our need.

You really get pet stains (oil from their fur/skin)out of the carpet, even if they have been there for a while. Other services only got them out temporarily and they came back. Wonderful that the carpet dries much faster also because you take more of the water out.

The site-unseen estimate matched our final cost. They guy that came to clean our carpet didn't try to tell us that our rooms were too big so they needed to charge more. In the past with other cleaners, we always had to pay more than the original estimate.

The service is wonderful, always thorough, on time, and very informative. They are always extremely knowledgeable on carpet cleaning and I would not choose anyone else. The best part is no fumes no smells of chemicals and it dries fairly quickly.
