My carpets are so clean and fresh ~ and the price is competitive and fair! There has only been one occasion when a (pet) stain was not completely removed. However, with the 30 day guarantee, I was offered a re-do. The service is excellent as well!

I have used you guys 3 times now and I have never been dissatisfied. I have a dog that urinates on the carpet when frightened or left alone. Stains and odor are not noticeable.

Person was here at the time we set up. He protected wood trim and did a superior job. The carpet dried very quickly meaning he didn't leave it soaked. And it wasn't at all sticky from soap or other residue left from the cleaning. Spots that I didn't think could be taken up were - my carpets look like new and they're at least 5 years old with various renters having lived there. I will always use Zerorez as long as this type of service continues!

I love the smell of "clean" in our halls, rooms, and Fellowship Hall and the not the smell of wet soap that we used to have with conventional carpet cleaners! Nathan and Dennis were excellent and went about their work quick and methodically. The carpets, and we have a lot of them, have never looked so good. I would highly recommend these two professionals and their company!
