Adam was very good, he explained everthing to me and was very kind. The Citrus smell was wonderful and the carpets looks brand new again.
My carpet is always so soft after it has been cleaned by Zerorez. I also seems to stay cleaner longer. I did see a couple spots that did come up, so I just used my Spot Shot and that took the spot out. Otherwise, very happy with results.

Great employees, no chemicals
My Portuguese needlepoint rug was thoroughly cleaned and resized in an expert manner. New backing was applied, edges were repaired, and now there is no movement within the rug, helping to preserve its integrity. The methods were very clearly explained to me. The result was superior. Peter in the area rug division was a great source of information and informed me of features of the rug of which I wasn't even aware. I'm highly satisfied.

no chemicals left on carpet. Great extraction - took only 24 hours to dry on the main floor - stairs took a little longer. But I can start to put my house back into place quicker

Very professional but since the service was only provided yesterday, we need a week or so to appreciate the quality of the job.
My old, nasty carpet was really clean when my service person left! And, he was kind and considerate. And, it was a long day for him - his 2nd person wasn't there, so he was by himself - came at 5:55 and left close to 8. So the timing wasn't great, but he did a fantastic job.
The carpet is still wet and some spots are resurfacing, so will see what it looks like when it is dried.
