Chris our tech was so informative and knowledgeable and very personable.He answered all my questions, and expertly addressed all of my requests. I was so impressed with how well the pro cess cleaned our carpet, and with how quickly it dried. It looks almost new again. and feels nice to walk on barefoot. Will have him back soon to do the rest of the house. Called our carpet installer who recommended you to tell him how pleased we were! Thanks for a truly great job!!
