No soap is used in the cleaning process which helps to prevent dirt from adhering to the carpet. The technician explained the procedure thoroughly and requested my examination of the cleaning when he finished. He made sure I knew that I should call to have any questions answered after the work was complete.

It is very important to me to use safe/non-toxic cleaners in my home. Additionally, I like your environmentally friendly way to clean my carpets. The technician was well informed, helpful, and provided information about the services without being pushy. I never felt the hidden agenda to "up sell" services, rather to assist me in making the best decision based on my personal home needs and budget. He truly acted as a professional--never cutting corners to get the job done, very thorough, both in his cleaning and knowledge of his products.
