The technician was a nice young man and easy to work with. Two days after having
my carpet cleaned, I had a fellow come and hang window treatments. I had him take
off his shoes and told him that I just had my carpets cleaned. He thought that I
just had new carpet installed. He could not believe how good they looked for being
22 years old.
Your guarantee. We had the carpet cleaned, but it still had a lot of spots on it. Zerorez came back and did it again, and it looks so much better!

FAST FRIENDLY AND CLEAN.
The guys were very prompt, polite and professional. They told us exactly what they would be doing and how long it would take. They took video of the vents which was really interesting (and mildly disturbing -didn't realize the vents were that dirty!) Great value!
