Overall, I had a very good experience with Zerorez. The service offerings were laid out very clearly on your website, and I found them to be very economical. The service that I received was also very good. Mike, who was our technician, was very thorough in explaining how the process worked. He also took the time to explain the different offerings that were available to me (i.e. duct and area rug cleaning).

I thought the person who did the cleaning was informative and did a great job of cleaning the carpet. Also I like the fact that the carpets are only damp and not soaking wet.
