The technicians were very professional and informative! The carpets look great and smell nice. We can't even tell that our puppy had numerous accidents because all the spots came up and the smells went with them. I love that you offer products for sale that include free refills!
The technicians were very professional and friendly. The lead tech walked around with me to take a look at the carpets I wanted cleaned, asked me questions about the locations where the carpet was spotted, then she asked if I had any questions before they started. While they brought in their equipment, they took care not to bump into anything, asked where I preferred that they plug into power, and always put covers on their shoes before stepping onto the carpet. The two technicians worked well together and completed in about one hour. After they were done, the equipment was removed and there was no evidence that they had been there. Other than the carpets looked amazing and the house smelled fresh!! The lead tech walked me around to make sure that I was satisfied with the cleaning, showed me where there was one tiny spot that would not come out, and she noted where the other spots had come out. The one spot that would not come out had been there for years and was less noticeable, and I had fully expected to see it looking the same as before they cleaned.
I have already told my entire family how pleased I am with Zerorez. From the reminder phone call I received from the office prior to the appointment day, the phone call from the lead technician when she was about 20 minutes away, to her last handshake and smile as she left. I had never had my carpets cleaned before, and after Zerorez they look nearly as they did on the day they were installed 13 years ago. Thank you!

Good service--good work--the rep was knowledgeable about certain carpet stains and he discussed what was best to do with them. Would definitely use Zerorez again. In fact, this was the third time we have used them.
As a person with lung issues, I like the fact that zerorez does not use chemicals or detergents (I could do without the Orange scent and will request it omitted next time).
I was very pleased with the attention to detail by the tech, Adam. Adam spent a good deal of time and did an excellent job. Our carpeting is about 18 yrs old and we were hoping to get another year out of it before replacing for re-sale. I think we'll be able to do just that after zerorez!

I like that you don't use soaps and chemicals which attach themselves to the stains which attract dirt, so the stain just returns and darker. The techs are always veer professional. Our tech this time, Mario, was the best we've had. He was very polite and thorough.
The employees who came out (Chris and Robert) were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated this! Also, my home smells WONDERFUL, and I'm even considering keeping the ugly Chewbacca carpeting in the family room because it looks pretty darn good now :)

They were able to get out coffee, pop, and pet stains as well as just brighten the carpet. The two men that did it were knowledgeable, professional, and were careful in the house (e.g., put up corner guards, wore shoe covers, put up a door sill).
