I was able to get an appointment very fast and even on a Sunday! I smelled something in the carpet in a few areas before it was fully dry and reported it. You sent out a technician to check it out. He couldn't smell anything but left me a bottle of Zero Stink to try. Before I could even try the product, the small was gone.
