Did a great job cleaning dirt on our Berber stairway carpet. There was visible wear and dirt, but the Zerorez process brought the nap up and removed all visible dirt. Very good job. The carpet technician, Loyal, was very friendly and knowlegable. He worked hard to do a good job cleaning our carpeting in the living room, dining room and two stairwells. We are very pleased. Thanks Loyal for a great job done.
