Tech was very professional.
The techs were professional & friendly - loved that they put shoe covers on even for the areas that weren't cleaned. Also appreciated the plastic bumpers on the corners of my walls to avoid scratches and dings, and the covering over the door. Carpet looks awesome! I will be calling in a couple of weeks after we finish a renovation to have my upper level done. The only thing I didn't care for was the "upsell" of services (I had gone online and was well familiar with your offered services), but the techs took no for an answer and didn't push.

Arrived within window promised, professional service attendant, great job on the carpeted floors and stairs-even stains I did not expect to see erased were gone, quick job (45 mins,) also drying time communicated was accurate.

Our technician Ed, was amazing...personable,knowledgable,very hard working. He took pride in his work and it showed. We had some very bad spots that I had treated with many different products (which I now know made them worse). Ed took the time to really make a difference. Our carpets look so much better.
carpet cleaning was good - not so impressed with couch cleaning
There was no added smell to the cleaning. There weren't perfumes and scents that can cause me to sneeze and be uncomfortable. The service technicians were friendly, efficient, and very courteous.
CArpet is brighter and house smelled so nice that day. Owen was very nice.

Derek (your tech) was very professional. My carpet was extremely soiled. He admitted to me he wasn't sure if he could get it all out. I've never had my carpet cleaned and this carpet is 30 years old.
