I like the "no residue" approach for the product side of the things. The technicians are great to work with. They are careful not to ding up my walls, will move a few furniture pieces around and are knowledgeable of their products and services.

First time I have used Zerorez. Someone was able to come out the same day I called. They did an excellent job. It was just a small area that we needed cleaned, but he did great. Haven't used you for whole room cleaning yet.

Very knowledgeable

Steve, our Service Professional explained all the steps he was going to do to help get out the spots from our aging cat. He reviewed it once again before he started, then summarized it when he finished. He worked hard and quickly. He explained to us the process to wait until it dried and what we could do to move it forward. Steve was on time as scheduled and finished as scheduled. We were very impressed with him.

My carpets turned out great! They were pretty dirty after the summer with three kids running around and zerorez even got out some stains previous companies have not been able to do. Very happy!

The staff is incredible! My rugs are so clean now and I feel happy knowing it's safe for my pets.

My technician used a fan to help dry the carpet quicker, he verified that I knew my pricing before proceeding, was very friendly with our dog, was able to remove all the stains and urine smell from our dog. He did a great job!!
