The fresh non-soapy cleansing products. The home smelled wonderful after they were done. We also liked the fact that you will clean on the weekends. We were somewhat disappointed in the fact you were unable to use American Express cards for payment and last but not least we felt uncomfortable when the technician used his own smart phone to take our payment.

First of all, the two fellows that came to do the cleaning job were so friendly. Wory surgical like socks over their shoes whenever they entered our home. They explained exactly what they were going to do and what they thought the end result would be. My steps in our townhouse were terrible stained and I thooouget I would never get the stains out and what do you know the stairs are completely stain free. It took only about two hours or less to do the work and my carpets are cleaner than they ever have been since we had the carpet cleaned. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate whalt was done and the manner in which it was all done. I never felt like having people over due to the dull stained carpet. Now for the holiday that is coming I feel wonderful about having anyone in. As I said earlier I would highly recommend Zerorez have my carpets cleaned in the future.
