The team was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. Nathan, our lead technician, was great at explaining everything and went above and beyond. This is our 2nd time using Zerorez and we will continue to do so. Awesome service!

The tech. you sent was very thorough and showed my wife and I where he had given the treffic pattern some extra effort. Great representative for Zerorez. He also encouraged us to get the air ducks cleaned soon.

I owned a Mfg. Rep business for 35 years. I hired 15 sales guys in those years. Either taught them how to represent the company and seel by pointing out needs and benefits. Your man did that well. Great guy.

I like the fresh smell that it left as well as how great my carpets look and feel. The person that came out was very polite and explained beforehand what he was going to do as well as what he probably couldn't clean which gave me the sense that he had proper training.

Your staff person was very pleasant and informative about what was needed and what he was going to do. My carpet was very dirty and looks so much nicer how. It is white berber and 14 years old. I will gladly call on Zerorez again in the future.
