First of all, Nate S. (our technician) was absolutely wonderful. He listened to my concerns, goals, and made recommendations and explained everything prior to beginning the work. He was very respectful and provided a great education about the product, how it works, why he made the recommendations he did, etc. I appreciated him sharing his expertise without ever once pressuring me into the service, additional product, etc. I will specifically request him again in the future. I appreciate having a product free of harsh chemicals used in my home. We are currently expecting our first baby and I felt completely at ease with the product used in my home. I was completely satisfied with the result and can rest knowing the the product is safe for my husband, myself, and our future child. I am completely satisfied and will use Zerorez again in the future.

My technician was so polite, smart and knew exactly what my home needed. He and Zerorez did a fabulous job and I have two more likely customers for you. This was the opposite of the two experiences I had in the past. I definitely will do Zerorez again.

Les did a very good job of cleaning our carpet, and was informative about your proceedure. I am however concerned that something in your process has casused a reaction in our dog. Since having the carpets cleaned, he has started to scratch constantly. After allowing the carpets to dry, I have vacuumed the whole house. If this is a reaction to the carpet cleaning, my assumption is he should stop scratching in the near future.

1. More environmentally sensitive.
2. Fans helped lessen the drying time even more.
3. After one week, my carpets still look fabulous and feel great, too.
4. Friendly staff...on phone and in house.

Was able to book quickly, the carpet dried quickly and smelled fresh.

The service technician, Gregory, was very knowledgable, punctual and honest. The other gentlemen (didn't get his name) was very polite and harding working. I am happy with the way my carpets look and the tile floor turned out great as well!

I like the process. It did the job and did it well. The technicians were courtesy and hard working. I did not like the effort to sell more products and the add ons like the carpet protection. Even though I purchased them I had no time to research the products to see if I was spending the money worthwhile.

I like that it's a green process and I didn't have to worry about the products upsetting my daughter's allergies

The two young men who showed up we're considerate and very polite. Plus our furniture looks great!
