Nathan and Dusty did an incredibly good job and made ten year old carpet look almost new. They were courteous and professional and Nathan was extremely knowledgable and explained things quite well. I bough cleaning products and will only use Zerorez in the future!

I loved our experience with Zerorez. Our carpets came out wonderful! However, I recommended you to my mother who is selling her aunt's condo, and her carpets needed to be cleaned. I RAVED about Zerorez, so she booked an appointment. When she booked it, she stated the condo was on the second floor, they said no problem. My 81 year old mother went over to the condo for the appointment, only to hear the hose would not reach. They had no other alternative, so they said they would call back with another appointment. They called today to tell her they cannot come back for three weeks! My mother needs to sell this condo and said three weeks is too long. The woman basically said "Oh well, O.K." and that was that. I am SO sorry I told her to use this company!! I won't make that mistake again!!
