Love Zerorez! This was the second time that we have used them and we were not disappointed! Andy was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and then proceeded with his work. I love that you provide "corner protectors" for the outside corners of the interior walls so that your equipment doesn't damage the paint. There was no "smell" from cleaning and the carpets looked like new. I got an appointment within 2 days of my phone call and he was there within the time frame - even with terrible traffic due to a snow storm!

We were given a 3 hour time frame for the visit and he called about an hour into this to say he was 15 minutes away. There was no odor, I am very sensitive to that. The serviceman, Loyal, was very personable, explained what he was doing and what the product was and what to expect as far as drying time.

The technician Jaime A. that came to our house was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly & nice, & did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. I was so happy with the job he did! :-)
