The guy we had here on Sunday was amazing--he got the carpets clean in a fraction of the time that others have taken, and he had a very friendly demeanor. Only thin I noted negative about his visit is that our back door was left wide open after his cleanign was done (the hose and everything were by his van, nothing into our building) completely unattended for quite some time. Kind of a security risk. I would like to request the same cleaner on our next visit, he was very nice and prompt. Thanks again!

Technicians were prompt, friendly and very knowledgable. They explained in detail every step for both my house and my daughter's house. Carpets looked great when they were done. My daughter's house is the one that amazed me. I never expected any company to get those carpets clean but they looked new when Chris and Chris were done with them. They were on time and I never once felt like I was being rushed, even when I asked for an additional hallway to be done. I will most definitely use your company in the future and will recommend to friends. Thank you for a job well done.

Robert and his trainee, Colin, performed this job in a very professional manner. Robert explained everything that needed to be done as he went along and always asked if I had any questions. They did a superb job cleaning my 14-year-old dirty couch, making it look new again. They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet, making it also look new again. Thank you, Robert and Colin. Ease of scheduling, promptness, the results were great and Nathan represented Zerorez very well.
After they were done cleaning the carpets there wasn't that "crunch". We had stains that were totally and completely removed.And the house smelled fresh and clean. The techs were polite and very knowledgeable about the products and services. Chris was very patient and helpful to Derek who was training. They worked very well together, Chris is a great kind teacher.
