Tyler, our cleaning expert, came within the timeframe we were given. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and was not pushy with extras. He did a good job explaining everything to us and showed us the difference between our dirty carpet and the clean carpet especially high traffic areas. We felt he was honest and did a great job.

This was a second attempt to clean my carpets. The first cleaning didn't go well on a few levels. zerorez offered to have someone come and check out the job that was done. Brian then offered to return part of my payment and I refused that. He offered to clean it again and I agreed to that. I was quite happy with the results. He did some pretreatment and cleaned all rooms, even though I suggested skipping some areas. I was glad he insisted because the result was amazing. He got out all the dirt and spots that really bothered me and overall, it was really clean. We have walked on all the areas and and they remain fresh and clean looking. I'm well satisfied.

The fact that you use "water" not chemicals to clean. There is no residue left behind. The service technician was very informative, explained things very clearly.

I am amazed of the process used by Zerorez to clean carpet without soap ingredients. My carpets have never looked cleaner than they do no, especially the steps. I also like how knowledgeable your service agents are in explaining the process as they go along. Jon was very knowledgeable and personable in his communications with me.

THE CLEANING WAS GREAT, THE TEC, WOUNDERFULL.FUNNY,WITTY I WOULD INVITE HIM BACK INTO OUR HOME

HE DID HOWEVER NEGLECT TO CHECK OUR VENTS,A SERVICE YOU ASKED IF WE WANTED TO HAVE NONE. A SERVISE HE DID BRING UP WHEN HE FIRST ARIVED.
