Speed at getting here, no "after carpeet cleaned musty" smell, brought and set up fan immedieatly, blocked door to keep air in the house, really courteous technician. (Dark hair, thin. He was great!)

my oriental rugs always look great when I get them back. They are very large and cumbersome, even two strong people have trouble carrying them so the delivery service is perfect for me.

I like the thorough technitions you send out, and the products, of course...! I also like the education your staff provide to the customer, to be able to keep their carpets clean after a visit.
