Service was very good and results very good; however, I had asked for duct cleaning and person who came was not informed of that and didn't have the correct van/truck to perform a duct cleaning. Also, technician was one hour early...which was fine but unexpected.

The service was wonderful. They did a great job of explaining everything up front so there were no surprises and I received only the services I needed. They were very efficient and asked me to check the job they were doing to make certain they were doing a satisfactory job. I was concerned about one area that had been heavily soiled so they went over it a second time. They were concerned that I was happy with the results. I would recommend Zerorez every time.
