Very impressed with how clean the carpets were after the cleaning. Zerorez went out of their way to give us the best rate possible and did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets at our newly purchased house.

It made my 5-year-old, one old dog, one puppy, one cat carpet look like new! I'm not kidding. I wasn't hopeful about some of the stains that the old dog left as she aged and of course the puppy stains through her potty-training. Not to mention 5 years of, "We'd better take our shoes off for this new carpet...wait I forgot the tickets!" But this carpet is beautiful. Even our well-trod traffic patterns look amazing. I cannot find anything negative about this experience including the price!

Even though our carpet is about 16 years old, it looks almost like new after being cleaned by Zerorez! It had been 2 years since we last had it cleaned (by Zerorez)so it was well overdue. James was very prompt and he did a fantastic job! We definitely recommend Zerorez!

The staff was very professional to work with. I feel like the carpets are very clean with no artificial smell.
I like the professionalism and knowledge of the operator running the cleaning equipment. The equipment Robert showed up with to clean the carpets looked like the latest greatest out there. Robert explained the process step by step very clearly and bluntly saying the dirt spots were kind of bad and that he would do the best he could to get them clean. Very happy with the service and would definitely consider Zerorez again.
