The carpet looks fantastic. I bought the cleaning powder and the scent removing spray also and very hopeful that it will work great! I do dog rescue and my carpet was overdue for a cleaning. The technician was great at keeping me informed as to what he was doing and what to expect with the end result. Very happy.

Once he felt he was done with the cleaning, he let me go through the house and see all the carpeting. He listened to my suggestions. Technician had a good personality.
