Was quite satisfied with the second technician who came to my home, he couldn't have been any more pleasant or efficient ...he was just perfect! And the carpets look great despite the fact that they are 9 years old.

Services were great. Called to schedule and told rep everything I wanted done. I received a quote. Upon arrival I found that a service that I requested was additional to my quote. Was not happy that they did not include that into my phone quote. Felt like they were trying to win my business with a lower price just to find out once they are in my home that it cost more.
