Tom did a complete and through cleaning of our carpet. We had two extremely dirty spots, which we were sure would not come clean. Tom cleaned it and amazingly it came out. Tom worked really hard on it. We are so pleased, we will use Zerorez again and request Tom.

Person who cleaned our carpets was very nice, and did a great job! Appreciated the way the scheduling was handled, arrived as promised, and received a call when on the way.

We really liked everything about your products and services. James did our home and did a wonderful job. Really, really nice guy and the carpets are so clean. He was very professional. He worked on a beer spot on our living room floor and it appears that it is clean. He explained to us it's $75 additional in cost -- we had him do the work but thought the $75 was a bit of a rip-off, however, not his fault he was just doing his job.
