Our technician, John, did was friendly, professional and did a great job on our carpet and area rugs. The process didn't take long and everything was completely dry by the next morning.

I like that the cleaner was very informative about what he was going to do. We walked all the rooms that were getting cleaned and talked through any spots on the carpet and what the process would be for cleaning. I also like how no chemicals were used. I choose our master bedroom to be completed first and the large fan to be used to get the carpet mostly dry by the end. Would have loved for there to be an addition fan or 2 for the other rooms.

I have used Stanley Steamer, Coit and a couple others over the years and Zerorez has the others beat by a mile. Rugs have never looked so clean even though they are wearing out and in need of replacement. Will hire again. Will buy new rug in the future and most definitely will use this company.
They may be a little higher in cost but well worth it.
