I was very pleased with the results for my bedroom carpet. It made a tremendous difference on a traffic area that I thought might be difficult to recover.
no chemicals - prompt professional service - estimate was reasonably accurate since I forgot that the hall way was also carpeted. This is my son's first home and the carpet was crunchy and dirty. Post treament by Zerorez I feel comfortable letting my adorable 6 month old Grandson crawl around on the floor!

The customer service is exceptional with professional and friendly staff. We had our whole house taken care of in one afternoon, our technician was very diligent in making sure I looked at each section he completed to see if everything was satisfactory and was more than willing to go over an area if I felt there was more to be done. We had an area rug taken away to be cleaned and once again the customer service was wonderful. Our rug was set to be delivered but on closer inspection Zerorez felt there was more that could be done to clean our rug thus postponing the delivery so that the work could be done. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and will be using Zerorez again!

Jazz was very friendly and when I asked him what carpets to have cleaned and which ones to replace he was honest. He did not try to sell me on cleaning carpets that would not look good once they were cleaned. Honest!!!
