Very professional, excellent explanation of needs, and no over selling. The carpet looks and feels great! There isn't any chemical small or crunchy feeling left behind after the job is completed. The company was easy to work with.

Eric was great. He explained the options available and what would be done. Very professional and courteous. The rug looked much cleaner and brighter. And even right after he was done it was not as damp as I'd expected. Thank you. Katy =)

My carpet looks like new! Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful and courteous and the entire cleaning was fast too. My water has a lot of iron in it so I like the fact that zero fez uses their own water.
