Friendly staff and great job on the cleaning of our carpets

On the recommendation of a friend we called Zerorez to clean some heavily used carpet in our entry, stairs, living room and hallway. When we made the appointment we were advised of the cost, time frame and that they would communicate with us when they were to arrive. They called, came within the allotted time frame (10 minutes) and when he arrived he went thru everything with us, explained how the process works and answered several questions that we had. He was very well groomed, polite and had a bit of a sense of humor. What a great treat for us. Customer service at its best. Everything fell into place the way they said it would and to me that is almost as good as how great the carpet looks. Thank-you for placing customer service as a priority! You have a great product and at least one great employee.....
