The service and outcome were outstanding!! The service representative was knowledgeable and completely customer service oriented. He completed the work in less time than I expected and the carpets turned out better than I had hoped for. He even got out the black acrylic paint stain. It was amazing!! I will recommend Zerorez to everyone, this was a fantastic value with remarkable results.

Rob, the technician assigned to clean our carpet, was prompt and friendly right away. He was immediately willing to listen to what we needed and attentively and knowledgably answered all of my questions. Rob made it clear what was worth cleaning and what would be either risky or not to our advantage to clean, thus saving us money and time. It was a pleasure to work with this member of the Zerorez team.

This was our second experience with Zerorez so our expectations were very high! We could not be more pleased with the results. . .no "smell" or residue. Technician Peter Graves was very accommodating and professional.
