Technician we had did a thorough job

We had our basement carpet, stairs and sectional couch cleaned this past Saturday. i could not be happier with the results. Our tech Owen explained everything he was going to do and what he would be using to get the best results. Owen was very friendly and professional and did an amazing job of getting out some stubborn spots. My family room smells amazing! We had Zerorez come out to clean our carpets and were underwhelmed with the result. They promptly sent a senior tech out to redo the job. Not only did the recleaned areas look amazing and brand new, Matt cleaned an extra staircase and extra area of our living room. The quality of work was exactly as we'd expect from Zerorez! Employees are professional. Results of the carpet cleaning are amazing.

We have used your company enough that you have come out several times now for our pet and other small stains without charging us an arm and a leg or requiring that you clean the whole room when we have brand new carpet installed less than a year ago. We want to be able to call your company without feeling gouged. We appreciate when a company comes out and works with their customer and we will use your company again when its time for the big cleanings not just the little "accidents"

The most appreciated part of this wexperience was the technician, Tyler, saying "let me explain the pricing", prior to doing the job. When I would ask about other cleaning item, he said he also would not like to have sticker shock after having a job done, so it was important to let the customer kn ow how much it was going to cost.

Excellent customer service. The service man came back to work on a spot in the carpet that did not come out the first time. The spot looks a little better but is still there. It was a coffee spill.
