The carpets are clean, really clean, no sticky residue, no dirty spots that show up a week later like other cleaning services or tools, just plain clean and feeling like new carpets once again.

Your product got doggy dirt spots out of the carpet that I thought would never come out and it looks like brand new. The pre-treatment has a nice fresh scent. Our technician John explained the process well and did an excellent job throughout.

The carpets looked great after the zerorez cleaning but it took longer to dry then expected even with the air on and running a fan. The only negative was when doing the stairs they chipped paint all the way down. On a dark colored wall it really stood out. I think they need to be more careful.

I like that there are no harsh chemicals used. I also liked that the carpet was basically dry by mid morning the next day. The Zerorez employee was very courteous.
