It did take quite a while to complete the process of cleaning of our furnace and ducts due to the extensive renovation we had done. but we are convinced it could not be done any better. The technician was on time and worked hard. I love the Zerorez product because it doesn't smell. Other products add perfumes to give the illusion of clean. Those of us with allergies do not need the scent!
You do not ask but you should roll the water and disposal charges into your pricing. You are already expensive andvthen to charge to dispose of the waste water is a bit of an insult
