Our technician was prompt and on time. He acknowledged that my time was important and arrived well within my agreed time frame. When our technician arrived, he made sure to confirm my requested services and also made sure that the fees for service were just as I had been quoted and expected. No hidden costs or pushy sales pitches. He introduced himself as a friendly, knowledgeable specialist and thoroughly explained the steps and procedures, he would be using to clean my carpets, with confidence and respect for any concerns I may have had for my belongings and furnishings. He took great care with my home, as if it were his own. He went over all the information, I needed, to be assured that any, and all, chemicals used, were safe for my family and pets. He even took the time to comfort my dog when he was unsure about the strange noises and activity taking place with the equipment and process. My Zeroez carpet cleaning took less than an hour, for a 3 room area, including a deep clean focus on a doggy naughty spot and turbo fan dry to the touch and safe to walk on. I had no idea my carpets could ever look brand new again. The smashed down carpet piles, in my high traffic areas, stood up straight again and the light citrus scent of the carpet deoderizer was delightful! This is my second experience with using Zeroez, and I guarantee you, it won't be the last. A special thank you to our technician, Robert, for assuring me that my decision to trust my home to Zeroez, was one of the best choices I've ever made.

I bought an existing home that had white carpet that was pretty dirty. Zerorez cleaned it and also got some spots out I wasn't sure would come out. Derek did a great job and worked hard to get it very clean.
