Owen did a great job and took great care while my home. I would have given a 10 but, 1) was charged for "high traffic path" even though my square footage was less than the 3 room total, and 2) a little too strong on pushing the duct cleaning. I realize they are instructed to do this but it must have been three times I said I'd need to think about it. No means no...
I had our shower tile cleaned by ZeroRez. The sealant applied keeps the shower looking clean for several months and prevents mold from appearing. I also had carpets cleaned by them. In addition to a super job on the carpets and shower, the staff is always EXTREMELY helpful and informative regarding their service. Will continue to use ZeroRez well into the future for any carpet cleaning or shower tile cleaning needed.
