Our 20 year old carpet looked great again. My entire house feels so much cleaner. Cody, the technician, receives an A plus from this newly retired teacher. He explained everything to me and was very polite. He even talked me OUT of cleaning my old couch and told me to put the money towards a new one. You never see that anymore! 😀
