They did a great job of getting my carpet to look like new. I felt the price was a little to high.

Did a nice jib but you are so expensive. I could have had another cleaner for lots less than $185.00. I like your product but cannot the price be adjusted a bit? By the time my area rug us cleaned this will have cost me close to $500.00. Very expensive.

The "Empowered Water" - no soap residue - dries quickly.
The Techs explained everything they were going to do and which chemicals would be used to remove dog soils and they did all of this within my budget.
Fast, efficient and came back a second time to touh up some spots in the rug that needed additional attention...at no charge. That type of service is called "customer satisfaction".

Our carpets were so dirty! The 2 men who came to clean them were early!!!!! , which never happens in the service industry!
