The person, Jon Schonning, who was the technician who cleaned our carpets from your company was very knowledgable and very considerate. He wore covers for his shoes and told me the entire cleaning would take an hour and a half and he was correct.

Very pleasant guys to work with. They explained everything before they started and asked me questions along the way. There were no surprises. The only downside, about which they most likely can do nothing, was that the very strong orange smell gave me a headache. They did a nice job and I'm very happy with their service.

After having Zerorez cleaned my ductwork, I realized that in the past, the duct work cleaning firms only cleaned the air return ducts. I like knowing that all the ducts have been cleaned -- some probably for the first time since the house was built in 1960 (I have only lived her 10 years).
