I was in need of immediate assistance with a graduation party happening the next day and a sick dog getting sick all over the floor the day I called Zerorez. Mark came out within HOURS of my phone call and fixed our carpet problems so beautifully that I was PROUD of my clean house when my guests arrived the next day. Everything smelled cleaner than ever and looked even better. And it gets EVEN BETTER! Ronnie picked up two of our biggest area rugs and had them cleaned AND delivered the next morning, well in time for our afternoon events.

We moved into a home that was previously owned by a family with a dog -it was apparent after we moved in that a few areas were a favorite to use as a potty spot. Zerorez managed to get the odor to an almost undetectable level (you have to have your nose directly on the carpet and it was still damp yet, now that it's dry, you can't smell it) and the stain was gone, essentially saving the entire second floor and stairs carpeting. Definitely worth the extra cost to have the deepest level cleaning done as it is minor in comparison to replacing all of that carpeting. Thank you, Zerorez!
