The tech was amazingly friendly and flexible, we were not living in town yet, so had to conduct all service over the phone, and my phone was not receiving service, so I had to text him all instructions and communications, he was right on the ball and let me know what was going on every step of the way.

Quality products (warm cleaning water, etc.) and hard working cleaning expert. I believe we had Alex. He communicated well what he was doing and told us we could interrupt him any time with questions. I never felt he was too busy to talk. First time our carpets have been cleaned professionally in 14 years. We had mostly used our own carpet machine for years. The house when Alex finished felt cleaner and the carpets had an almost new thickness that returned to them. We will definitely have zerorez back again and highly recommend them to others.
I like that the cleaning is done with water and not a lot of chemicals
When they came out a second time, they sent a seasoned tech who was able to explain everything, took care of things he could, and let me know why the things that couldn't be fixed were the way they were. He was very nice through the whole process, and worked really hard to make sure I was happy with the results.
