The cleaning solution had a light citrus scent and the service provided was awesome!!
The technician (Gabriel) was polite, professional and explained every step in the cleaning process. The main area that I was concerned about was the steps as they were definitely showing the dirt on the edges but they cleaned up fantastic. The technician was also happy to address a small area/discolor in the carpeting - I was very happy of the outcome!! I will recommend Zerorez to everyone!!

I like the technicians that I have the pleasure of meeting. They are not only very cordial but informative. They do volunteer readily any information regarding my request without me even having to always being the instigator. The cleaning is very, very good and i am very satisfied with the results.

Dwayne was our guy and he did a great job and really took his time on our "problem" areas. He was friendly and honest. He told us right from the start that our problem areas weren't going to be completely gone, but better. So we knew exactly what to expect. We loved that!
