They do an excellent job cleaning the floors and there is no smell after they are finished. They were careful to do extra work to find urine spots. Jeff even climbed on his hands and his knees. Also, Jeff was very friendly and tried very hard to a great job.

My carpet looks great
We like the fact that the carpet drys completely in approx. 24-36 hrs. It has a clean fresh scent and the technician Justin Harris did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet. He was able to get some of the high traffic areas on the carpet to look great. He explained the process of the carpet cleaning to us thoroughly and did a wonderful job! He is also very personable. We will be calling Zerorez again in the future and hope Justin will be available.

I feel ALEX JUST did a great job when he came out to our recently purchased home to clean our downstairs carpets. He was very courteous, respectful and helpful. He offered to try and see if he could "raise" the matted down carpet in one spot, but it turns out the previous homeowner just purchased 'cheap' carpet that does not wear very well at all. Certainly not any fault of Alex. Alex also showed me how much dirt was in one vent if I ever wanted to have my air ducts cleaned. The dirt made me sick, but unfortunately I don't think I can afford duct cleaning, even if I removed the 16 air vents myself. Would you happen to have a promotional discount since I just had my carpets cleaned with you? Thank you so much, and thank you to Alex for being a 1st rate employee of zerorez - a great first impression.
