Tyler followed through with all requests. He had to let himself into the house, and once we had talked to him, he identified some rust stains that he removed. He remembered to do the stairs. We had to leave before him and he responsibility cleaned up and left the house as requested.

I appreciate that you have a system that is safe enough for my children and pets to be hanging out on the carpet afterwards. The people who come to clean the carpets are very knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions I have. My carpets dried quickly and they look wonderful!
