Curt (think that was his name) was very professional and explained what he was going to do ahead of time and that he would do his best to clean the traffic areas as best he could. He was very respectful of our home and he was very professional with his equipment and was very knowledgeable when I asked him questions. We have used Zerorez before and will continue to use them and would definitely recommend you to family and friends.

I was absolutely blown away with the results! I was seriously debating on removing the carpets prior to contacting Zerorez. The results from the Zerorez cleaning made me change my mind. Zerorez saved me hundreds from having to replace them. The entire process was quick and the service technician was extremely professional and personable. The pre-treatment had a very pleasant and not overpowering odor that made all rooms not only smell, but feel cleaner. Once the carpets were dry, they not only looked infinitely better, but felt as if they brand new. If it wasn't for the wear spots from high traffic, I would have thought the carpet was recently installed.

I have already recommended Zerorez to friends and family, and have showed them my results.

They cleaned my vents and furnace and carpeting. The house is now as clean as it can be. Very little dusting now. I swear the furnace has more circulation. I witnessed the air-jets blast all the dust and dirt free. I even made a video of it! CHUNKS of crud, dust and dirt. Including original construction debris from 50 years ago!

The carpet cleaning made our old carpet feel like new. Some stains did not come clean but didn't expect them to. New carpet next spring after the winter anyway.

I would do this if you haven't! Thanks Zerorez!
