Available 7 days a week. Was on time & efficient. Very clear about pricing & possible issues (old stains lifting after drying, for ex.). Very clear about process used to clear carpet, how long to dry, etc. 30 day guarantee.

It took about 45 minutes to an hour to clean 2 rooms and our stairs. Which was great!! They came on time and i like that they aren't using harsh chemicals or soap on the carpet.
