Our carpets were very clean after

I was most impressed that after I wasn't totally satisfied the first time, you insisted on coming back and seeing if you could do better. The technician drove two hours on terrible roads to get here, and took his time looking at the stains, and trying a few different things to improve the appearance. It looks better, and I appreciate the effort.

Information was clear and delivered by a friendly and courteous employee. Ryan was a very informative, low key friendly and careful tech. He did a great job and I enjoyed meeting him. John, who cleaned out my ductwork was also very easy and friendly to work with. Both showed up when expected and seemed to know what they were doing.

Friendly staff, great service and good product

was very friendly, helpful and even taught me how to vacuum. i lowered the vacuum to low thinking it would really get all the dirt out but it was damaging the fibers. He explained all the processes that he went through to clean our carpet

Your stain removers melt away stains! And they are safe for my fur kids. The techs work really hard!

The entire process from making the appointment to the service being rendered is very easy. The staff does a fantastic job of communicating the estimated arrival time, and what your bill is expected to be. There are no surprises, which is great. This is the second time we have used Zerorez, and once again we are pleased with the service.
