The gentleman who cleaned our carpet (Dustin Marvin) was so nice and did a really great job. He was very pleasant to talk to and very patient with my large annoying dogs. If I could have him as my carpet cleaner every time I would appreciate it. Can I request next time? You can tell he's a former military man. They are very respectful.

There is no better way to clean carpeting & upholstery!! I would never consider using a company that adds soap/chemicals to a carpeting, and fail to completely rinse it clean. That would be the equivalent of washing your clothes with soap and letting them dry without rinsing.....yuck!!

Due the fact that carpet was 4 years old and had never been cleaned, I wasn't expecting to be very pleased with the outcome. To my surprise the carpet looks almost new with the exception of the heavy traffic areas which look pretty darn themselves. Ryan was VERY knowledgeable and professional and personable at the same time. He even called us in to see the progress after he got started. We were thrilled. Yes, we will call on you again and request Ryan as our technician. Thank you.

Your technician was a great rep for your company. I thought I should have gotten a discount because of the time it took due to a broken part ,which was not his fault but we didn't even discuss. I also have a 10.00 card but I wasn,t asked if I had any coupons....but I still thought he did an outstanding job on the carpet. Great rep.
